Appointments

  • Please arrive by appointment time
  • Late arrivals (past 15 minutes) could result in appointment cancellation
  • Appointments cancelled within 24 hours could result in cancellation fee
  • Online bookings must pay $30 deposit to book an appointment
  • Confirmation texts are sent 2 days before the appointment at 11am
  • We reserve the right to cancel any online bookings if necessary
  • If calling to book an appointment please leave voicemail. Calls are returned in order and could be the following day as we are a high volume salon
  • If you need curbside assistance please let us know at time of booking

General

  • All pets must be leashed or in a carrier
  • All pets must be picked up by closing time or could result in daycare fee
  • Hours of operation are based on each groomer's schedule and could vary from time to time
  • We usually ask for a 3 hour window for small to medium sized dogs, and a 4-5 hour window for multiple pets, large dogs and/or cats
  • New clients must send proof of current bordetella and rabies vaccine records to gentletouchdoggrooming@gmail.com
  • Forms of payment accepted are cash, all major credit cards, Venmo, PayPal, and Zelle
  • All cards (including debit) incur a 3% service charge

Other

  • We accept walk-in nail trims any time between 9-3 Monday-Sunday
  • Most nail trims start at $15, it is $30 for difficult pets that require 2 people
  • From time to time we do post our work on Facebook, if you do not want your pet on Facebook please tell us prior to grooming
  • All senior dogs must have a waiver signed (large breeds start at 7 years, small breeds start at 12 years)
  • A waiver must be signed for all cats and matted dogs to be groomed
  • Sundays are reserved for baths and nails only
